Food was great!! Ordered wings and a bucket of beers!! Marcy was great probably the most beautiful waitress in bar!! She was very attentive and took care of our needs!! We saw our game loved it, good atmosphere , if you don’t see a game on one of the tv s ask and they will put it on for you.. great place over all..🫶👍💯

Been here several times and by far Jasmine has been the most attentive server I’ve met in this location (SB). Besides her good attributes she’s stunning and easy to talk to. Whether it’s water or a classic old fashion she will go out of her way to make sure the service, drink, and/or food is outstanding. Definitely requesting her on my next visit.

Thank you, Mercy, for the amazing customer service and great attitude—and for the food recommendation. You were on point with the barbacoa tacos: the meat was tender, the tortillas were soft, and the salsa was excellent. It’s rare to find a place that gets both the meat and tortillas right. We had a group of 13 on a holiday weekend and the food still came out pretty quickly. The vibe was great too—music was vibing, and it was comfortable inside (not freezing). Big shout-out to Mercy for being attentive, honest, and professional. She even apologized when she noticed a drink or salsa took a bit longer than usual. Attitude matters for repeat business, and she definitely has it. We felt welcomed and well taken care of.

Update: after my recent visit I had to update my review and give 5 stars to SERVICE because of our new favorite CHICA Yammi! Yammi was super attentive, so friendly, and the best waitress we've had. She was able to split the checks between our big group and kept everything correct. My new favorite meal item is the birria quesadilla! The BEST!!! - I've visited over 15 different Ojos Locos locations and this one is the only one with this layout left from the TGI Fridays that was here before them. It definitely creates a different experience that other locations can't with the different height levels. The new rewards program and the daily discount options are amazing. My go to Friday items are the fajitas for half the price and the crown royal and coke for $5!

It my first time to visit this place. There are lots of free parking spaces available. I had to wait a few minutes for a table. They have lots of TVs surrounding the restaurant. Menu was simple but filled with many choices. Staff were all friendly and very helpful. 5 people stopped by my table to ask how everything was going. My server, Jasmine was amazing. I'll be back for more!
